Free Breathwork Session
Hey All,
With Shaviva's permission, I would like to invite you to a free virtual breathwork session I am hosting on July 29th at 7PM eastern.
I will provide a 10 minute introduction and a 60 minute guided breathwork practice.
No experience is needed and all are welcome.
Come prepared by setting up a distraction free area with headphones in a comfortable spot to lay or sit.
