TMJ & teeth grinding - Face Yoga LIVE class

This class is specific to those of you who grind your teeth & have TMJ issues. We have a special guest appearance of HUGO my dog, who was attempting to climb out the window during my class:)!! That explains why my plants keep getting knocked over & I thought it was my cat the whole time!

Here is the LIVE recorded class from Sunday. I'm posting it up as a present for all members today as a Christmas gift from me to you.

I am not available next Sunday 15th for the LIVE class as I'm away with family but I will be with you for the remainder of the Sundays this year.
