I hope March has been good to you all. Here in Ireland we are coming out of a long winter and Spring is upon us, finally. We've had a bright weekend of decent weather and the sun came out for a whole day!!Wahoo. We didn't know ourselves!;) My live classes will resume in April & I have adjusted my live Face yoga sessions in the Calendar to every two weeks. This Spring & summer I want to spend more time out in the garden and with my family. during the winter I shall step things up again. I will also be changing the times of the classes to an earlier Irish time. I have yet to change that in the calendar. Classes will start at 10amGMT. This may suit some of you more.
