I hope March has been good to you all. Here in Ireland we are coming out of a long winter and Spring is upon us, finally. We've had a bright weekend of decent weather and the sun came out for a whole day!!Wahoo. We didn't know ourselves!;) My live classes will resume in April & I have adjusted my live Face yoga sessions in the Calendar to every two weeks. This Spring & summer I want to spend more time out in the garden and with my family. during the winter I shall step things up again. I will also be changing the times of the classes to an earlier Irish time. I have yet to change that in the calendar. Classes will start at 10amGMT. This may suit some of you more. Until then mind yourselves

Hello dear Irene! I just wanted to reach out to say a special thank you for yesterday's session! And this whole platform. I haven't been able to attend as many of the live classes as I had hoped, but I managed to come along yesterday and oh my but it was exactly what I needed. I noticed an immediate difference to some stubborn congestion and general 'malaise' I've had since struggling to shift a lingering bug, and continue to feel the difference today. The session was light hearted, fun, informative and made all the more wonderful by your unique style and charisma. You probably know this already, but what you offer is such a gift, and deeply appreciated. So this is a big THANK YOU from me! Hi irene, just wondering if we have a live class today?

I am preparing for Sundays class and I think it would be nice to give the face a good cleanse this time of year. This class is still really beneficial for those of you who need a tension released. Thank you to all who turned up. That was a powerful class. Please give yourself sometime to recover afterwards and drink plenty of water to cleanse and flush out toxins.
