Last week in AI Automation community we Vibe Coded a tool that automates task creation in Microsoft Teams Planner directly from recorded transcripts in the local language.

This project was driven by the need to streamline workflow and reduce manual data entry, especially when working with multilingual teams.

The process involved understanding the nuances of local language transcription and integrating it seamlessly with the Planner API.

The result has been a significant boost in efficiency and accuracy, Specially for Product Owners / requirement and acceptance criteria creator and Tester who needs to log lots of bugs :) allowing teams to focus more on their core tasks rather than administrative overhead.

Sharing this journey highlights the importance of innovative solutions in improving team collaboration and productivity.
