Template related question...Any way to filter Birthdays and Anniversaries on Linkedin or Sales Navigator?

for the template session a week or so ago.. I'd really like to get in the habit of sending birthday and work anniversary messages, but the one catch is that i have so many links (almost 30k) and it's pretty tedious to filter through them (even daily).

Any way to filter by title possibly (i.e VP's of Sales), so I can first prioritize executive level decisionmakers in my market?'

And i just realized that this could be helpful with the dashboard, but i don't see the birthdays or anniversary info there. Could that have been downloaded somehow? I would think birthday info should be doable since its right in the contact section of each contact... Any thoughts
