Quick questions about posting engagement...

Obviously getting a lot of comments due to posting party and so fresh in my mind... When people comment on my post, I always "like" their comment and comment back.

Is there value to playing it out a bit further (commenting a 2nd or 3rd time back and forth), does that help engagement or kind of diminish returns at that point? Of course i recognize that this would take more time as well!

Does liking our own comments / replies back on the post help with the algo ?
