# Quality over quantity when it comes to connections 🎯
Are we being intentional with who we connect with or just collecting LinkedIn contacts?
There's a huge difference between having 5,000 connections and having 500 people who actually know you, trust you, and would refer you.
Stop asking "how many connections do I have" and start asking "how many would pick up if I called?"
