Open to Work?

- I got an interesting question today about whether or not having the "open to work" label on your profile picture is actually useful in finding a job. Most people in my community reported that it just opens them up to predatory recruiters and doesn't actually help but others disagreed or at least have been told otherwise.

I'm curious if you have any data or intuition on its utility.
