Do you play golf? I personally dont BUT I love networking.
High Energy Networking teaches the philosophy: go deep, not just wide. Be a giver. People only refer business to you when they know, trust, and like you — and the best way to get people to really know you is to really know them.
We will discuss this in more detail at our POSTING PARTY MONDAY.. you coming 10am?
The 4Some is the playable container for that philosophy.
It's the chapter you've been running all along, formalized: "Create a mini group within the groups you are part of, facilitate it, be the center of it, and lead them into a series of conversations that build trust."
That's the 4Some.
Me plus three.
A repeatable format for going deep with people who matter <<<< and a baton you can pass so it lives without you.
If the book is why and what, the 4Some is how and with whom.
1. The Philosophy — Why 4 (Me + 3)
Soul Networking happens in 4s. Me plus three.
Three is power times three.
You plus your free will multiplies what you do by 100x.
And your three aren't acquaintances — they're your champions, your allies, your real friends in business and your real friends in life.
You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with, so choose your foursome like your future depends on it. It does.
Four is the genius number:
  • Small enough that there's no room to hide in the shadows. Everyone is on, listening, engaged, and seen.
  • Light enough to hold without stress. When all four are compatible, keeping track of three other people is effortless.
  • Intimate enough to go to the soul. Raw, authentic, confidential, present.
On Zoom, every camera is on and everyone's in the chat using it well.
Nobody's driving in their car.
We're all present, all private, all here for each other.
Every interaction you have with people in a deep way will either trigger your trauma or trigger your desire to create something meaningful. The 4Some is where you choose the second one
on purpose.
18 = CHAI = Life
Eighteen holes is no accident. In Hebrew, חי (chai) means "life," and its number is 18.
A full round is a full life < what you build, where you come from, what you love, who you are to the world, and your spirit.
You play 18 because you're playing for life < and vibrating high in it.
2. The Code — A.R.T.
Every player shows up in A.R.T. — or they don't show up at all.
  • A — Authentic. Real, no mask.
  • R — Relentless. All in, all the way.
  • T — Truth. No holds barred.
A.R.T. is the short version. The long version is the Ten Commandments (see section 12) < the same values the book is built on, lived out in a single round.
3. The Four Elements
Every 4Some has Wind, Fire, Earth, and Water. Each player claims one element for the round and owns and embodies it.
ElementRoleWhat they hold
🔥 FirecRulescKeeps the container sacred < A.R.T., confidentiality, no selling, no gossip
💨 Wind Pace Moves the group hole to hole so it never stalls; owns the clock
🌍 Earth Center Keeps everyone grounded and centered
💧 Water Connection Drives the emotional connection and engagement
4. The MOJOVATOR
The MOJOVATOR builds the container << picks the three, sets the tee time, runs the round, and chooses which holes get played (no voting; it wastes time). They take whatever element they want.
A connector is someone committed to connecting people and ideas << a valuable intersection in multiple networks. That's the MOJOVATOR. And here's the truth: most people won't want to lead, because it takes a connector to pull a 4Some together. So leaders lead. Everyone else waits to be invited >> or steps up to run their own course when ready.
That self-selection is the quality filter.
You don't just host. You mojovate. And remember: be the leader in the relationship. The fortune is in the follow-up.
5. Two Ways to Play
⛳ THE ROUND >>>>> play the course. All 18 holes, across your whole life. Breadth. The full CHAI experience: Fairway, Brand, Business, Roots, Soul. Run it in 90 minutes full, or 60 minutes curated. Use it when you want to know each other — the whole life, fast and deep.
🏌️ THE RANGE (DRIVER) < grab one club and groove one swing. On the range you don't play holes < you drill ONE thing, full out.
The foursome picks one arena and spends the whole 90 minutes there.
Each player takes a ~20-minute hot seat while the other three pour in < questions, leads, intros, hard truths. Use it when you want to help each other > one dimension, hammered hard.
A Business DRIVER is a mini-mastermind on each company. A Soul DRIVER is four people taking turns being fully witnessed < the way one deep two-hour conversation can be worth more than a decade of therapy. A Brand DRIVER is a hot-seat positioning session. Same four people, totally different intensity.
6. The Course < 18 Holes of CHAI
Four arenas. Four holes each (16). Plus 2 for the Soul = 18 = CHAI.
The holes are a menu, not a checklist. The MOJOVATOR picks the course (~3 min a hole on a full round).
Not every hole every time < which is why the same four can play forever and never get stale.
Be curious. Listen deeply. Listen to understand, not to respond.
four at a time.

In the 4Some, every round ends here.
Most people show up and throw up.In a 4Some, you show up and follow up.

Wind calls the next hole.
Business, Roots, and Soul

Stamps can be physical in person or digital on Zoom.
Passport Stamps
🤝 Made an intro
✅ Completed your action items
🔥 Led a round as MOJOVATOR
🌱 Launched a new 4Some
⛳ Played a full round
🎯 Hole-in-one: created a connection that changed something
The Passport is one of the reasons people keep showing up.
The Engine
This is the part most networking groups miss.
Leadership rotates.
The leader reminds, arranges, and guides the next round.
At the end of each round, one person volunteers to lead the next one.
Groups do not have to last forever.
Set the number of rounds up front.
Then decide if you want to continue, pause, or pass the baton.
If you do it well, the 4Some lives.
If the leader drops the ball, the 4Some breaks apart.
Keep it going, and everyone wins.
Every player can spin off and run their own course.
That is how Soul Networking spreads.
Every player is a future MOJOVATOR.
