I went out for a walk in the local countryside with two great friends yesterday. The weather was pleasantly hot but not too hot and it was wonderful to be away from all the stresses of daily life so we could just enjoy each others company and the beautiful scenery around us. I thoroughly recommend walking as a way to get away from it all and relax.
