Hello everyone, hope you’re doing well. It’s been a while since I’ve been active here.
I’ve been quite busy lately reviewing resumes and giving feedback to job seekers who feel stuck and aren’t getting responses from their applications.
In the past few days alone, I’ve reviewed over 100 resumes, and honestly I was surprised by what many people are applying with, about 60 of them don’t even meet the standard of a professional document.
Your resume is your first impression, and sometimes the problem isn’t your skills.
