This one is a little different. I've been thinking about something that doesn't get talked
about enough — what we actually lost when our meetings moved to Teams.
Pre-COVID, I'd walk out of a hospital bed meeting and have three meaningful
conversations on the way back to the ward. Post-COVID? I mute myself, share my
update, and click off.
Efficiency is real. But so is the cost.
