I think I’ve been making relationship-building harder than it needed to be.
Lately I’ve stopped going into every LinkedIn conversation wondering where it might lead.
Instead, I’ve been asking more questions, getting curious about people, and letting conversations be conversations.
And something funny happened.
People started talking to me more.
I’m enjoying LinkedIn more too.
It made me wonder: What changed for you when you stopped trying to “network” and simply started getting to know people?
