ADHD

All my life I've had difficulty concentrating which has been a massive frustration for me and sometimes has caused some embarrassment. So, today I have been to the doctors and requested a full ADHD assessment.

I had an assessment for Autism several years ago and was told I wasn't even on the spectrum but that I was probably ADHD. Now I want to find out for sure and, if necessary, take medication for it.

My hope is that I will be able to focus on things better and therefore get better results from the actions I take, especially on Skool.
