Health Check-In Update (now weekly)
Hey everyone! 💛 I’ve been noticing that it can be tough to keep up with the daily health check-in posts — and that’s totally understandable. Life gets busy, and the last thing I want is for this to feel like pressure or another task on your to-do list. So I’ve decided to switch things up and make it a weekly health check-in instead of daily. The goal is still the same: to help us stay mindful about our habits and support each other — just with a bit more breathing room. That said, this community is for you, so I’d really love your input: Do you feel like a weekly health check-in is helpful?
