I’ve been noticing that it can be tough to keep up with the daily health check-in posts — and that’s totally understandable. Life gets busy, and the last thing I want is for this to feel like pressure or another task on your to-do list.
So I’ve decided to switch things up and make it a weekly health check-in instead of daily. The goal is still the same: to help us stay mindful about our habits and support each other — just with a bit more breathing room.
