Most people dread Mondays.
I love Mondays.
The weekend gives me a chance to reset, recharge, and prepare for the week ahead. By Monday morning, I'm ready to attack my priorities and make as much progress as possible.
Does that mean I'll accomplish everything on my list? Of course not.
But when I start the week with a plan, I consistently get more done, make better decisions, and I'm much better prepared for the unexpected challenges that inevitably come my way.
I've found that a productive week doesn't happen by accident—it starts with intentional planning.
Here are a few questions I ask myself every week:
- What are the top priorities that will move the business forward?
- What can I delegate to someone else so I can stay focused on my highest-value work?
- What results do I want to achieve by the end of this week? By the end of this month?
Clarity creates focus. Focus creates execution. And consistent execution creates results.
How do you prepare for the beginning of your week?
