⏰ If You Had an Extra 5 Hours Every Week, What Would You Do?
Most business owners say they need more time. But what if you suddenly had 5 extra hours every week? Would you spend more time with your family? Focus on growing your business? Learn a new skill? Finally take a break without feeling guilty? The truth is, many of us don't actually have a time problem, we have a systems problem. We spend hours on repetitive tasks that could be simplified, delegated, or automated. Time is one of the few things you can never get back. How you use it determines how your business grows. 💬 I'm curious: If you had an extra 5 hours every week, what's the first thing you'd do with that time?

What's the One Gap Holding Your Business Back?
Every business owner has a unique set of strengths that helps them win in certain areas of their business. The same is true when it comes to weaknesses. When there are areas of the business you don't naturally excel in, those areas often get neglected. Over time, the gap grows until it becomes an emergency—or worse, the business stops growing altogether. Until you either: - develop the necessary skill, - intentionally focus on that area of the business, or - leverage it to the right team member or vendor, your business will eventually hit a ceiling. In some cases, revenue may continue to grow, but profits, efficiency, and your quality of life will suffer. So, here's my question for you: What are you doing really well right now? And just as importantly... What gap needs to be filled to achieve the outcome you're after? Is it a skill you need to develop? A project that needs your attention? Or is it something that should be delegated to the right person or vendor? Sometimes the answer is a combination of all three. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Share them in the comments. I'm happy to help, and so is this community. None of us has to build a business alone.

Right now we are targeting the right avatar. I feel extremely confident we are hitting the right pain points. I also know we have a powerful product to support them. The confirmation came after 3 people said yes to being coached! Right now I am creating a playbook based off case studies with current students so that it’s a repeatable process and then my students can become the coach! My last coaching session with @Joe Quero really helped me clear up problem and solution but the answers you have to pay for!!

How do you prioritize your daily activity?
One of the biggest keys to success is making sure you're being productive, not just busy. I'm genuinely curious—how do you prioritize your day to make sure you're working on what matters most instead of simply staying occupied? Beyond your daily tasks, what rituals or habits help you stay aligned with your goals, values, and long-term vision? I'd love to hear what's working for you.

Burned out & energized?
After the weekend I was feeling burned out, wanting to quit everything, and low-key wanting to get a cold so I could lay in bed all day😄 Then yesterday I had my AI program session (I'm taking a 12 week program for my biz) and I got energized again. Yet I'm still exhausted...am I the only one that has experienced these opposite emotions simultaneously? Is this even possible?

You’re definitely not alone. I have a lot of mental shifts and that’s why we need the mental muscle of resilience. One day you’re ready to quit, and the next you’re fired up with a new idea. Someone once told me, “The energy you’re searching for today often shows up in abundance once you become the person who achieves the goal you’re chasing.” That stuck with me.
