Hi Austin and community- I started mood and mind on the 21st utilizing the every other day regimen. It’s been fine but this question is for Austin. In contrast to a private messsage I figured I would share it with the community. These past two days I have been feeling a bit of anger, frustration and or a little bit of sadness and it’s over little things (traffic, workmates, etc) normally I am not like that , I have a mentality of “accept what is”. But I’ve been feeling beat, tired and lacking energy. I’m not sick, no cold or symptoms suggesting Illness. At any rate I’m about to go into my kundalini class and hope to discover something today. However I wonder could there be stored emotions that needed to come out and I need to sit with them? Austin, @Austin West any Thoughts and suggestions always welcomed.
