From the Founder

I am building this community from Austin, Texas where I've lived for the past 1.5 years, although I do travel often to see my friends all over the world (currently writing this from Costa Rica).

My motivation for building this community is to offer a space for people to deepen with a practice very close to my heart. Microdosing has, quite literally, changed my life. It was the catalyst that led to my awakening in 2018 after taking a microdose chocolate on the beach with my friends. I was in a miserable, depressed, anxious, and purposeless place in my life and after taking the microdose that day, it was like I woke up to what my life was and I couldn't unsee what I now saw - I was no longer interested in feeling the way I did. I want this gift for everyone, which is what started my passion behind creating Entheos Holistics.

My intention for being here is to hold space, educate, guide, and help others integrate the teachings and lessons delivered from the potency microdosing offers. I believe this practice is one of the most evolutionary things we can do for our growth and healing, and my mission it to ensure people have the resources, guidance, and face-to-face time needed to get the most out of these experiences.

I hope to receive most from this community a meeting in the dedication, devotion, and commitment to growth that I have for myself. We are all mirrors for each other, and by showing up intentionally in this container we can help each other rise.
