Quick one because this literally just happened. I've been doing social posts in Canva for months. Clients seemed fine with it, until one ghosted me and hired someone else. Saw their new posts and I'm like... okay yeah, those DO look cleaner lol. Turns out they switched to someone using Figma. I always thought Figma was overkill for social media.
