Hey team, hope you're having a great Monday. Wanted to share a quick personal win. As a CM, my biggest struggle has always been justifying my retainer when posts don't get a thousand likes. I have this one client (Real Estate) who was driving me crazy asking for "more reach." I decided to test the approach we talk about here in the academy: Less "Posting," more "Conversing." Last week, I stopped obsessing over the perfect design and focused on replying to every single comment with an open-ended question to force a conversation. It sounds simple, but the shift was crazy. The result: We went from getting generic "nice pic" comments (which are useless) to having 4 actual conversations in the DMs. Today, the client booked their first viewing from one of those chats. For the other CMs in the group: If you are tired of clients asking for vanity metrics, try showing them screenshots of sales conversations in the DMs. That quiets them down immediately. 😅 Does anyone else here manage service-based accounts? What's your go-to line to start a DM conversation without sounding spammy?
