Does anyone feel like this here?
I think one of the hardest things for me while working on marketing stuff (especially social media) is how everyone thinks we can do EVERYTHING at the same time. Doing content is more than enough to drive someone crazy lol. Do you guys get this kind of feeling? maybe in ads it happens too?

Vetting media buyers
Hello eNovo, im planning on partnering with a media buyer. Ive never hired anyone or partnered with anyone before. I was wondering if you guys have any advice to vetting media buyers or have contracts in partnering/hiring contractors? Any input is appreciated! Thank you

Congrats on the big move! For me the golden rule: always own your data. Never let a buyer run ads from their personal account; you must own the Business Manager and the pixel. Before committing, run a 30-day paid trial to see how they handle a slump, because anyone can look like a pro when the algorithm is winning. If they don't obsess over your profit margins, they’re just spending your money, not growing your business.
This is every marketing team right now.
"Need more leads." "Make it look cooler." "The product sells itself." "We're launching tomorrow." "Can you make a 1-pager real quick?" And somehow it's all "urgent" and "needed yesterday." A marketer's worst nightmare. When you operate like this, vital steps like research and testing are ignored. And, 6 weeks later, you're staring at underperforming campaigns, wondering what went wrong. Brands doing $1m/month don't work this way They don't treat marketing like something you throw together last minute. Instead, they: - Plan 90 days out. - Test creative before launch. - Optimize ad spend instead of cutting it. - Give their teams time to build campaigns that work. Think about it this way: If you had a machine that turned $1 into $3.40 every time, Would you overwork it until it breaks down? Or invest in making sure it keeps performing? If you picked the second option, you're already a step ahead of most marketing leads. Systematic marketing takes patience and practice to perform. If your marketing team is this kid, you have two choices: 1. Keep treating marketing as a last-minute panic button. Or 2. Treat it like the infrastructure that funds everything else.
This is every marketing team right now.

Finished Mod 4 and looking for a review
Hi there, I just finished module 4 and cooked up a website. My service is PPL for financial advisors. I know I still got a lot to work on and improve and Im hoping to get valuable feedback as always from the team and a good roast 🤣 https://flowfinleads.com/

Hey Jordan! I love how your website looks. I see other members already checked some key parts of the structure. I think visually it looks really good!
Any other CM's here?
Hey team, hope you're having a great Monday. Wanted to share a quick personal win. As a CM, my biggest struggle has always been justifying my retainer when posts don't get a thousand likes. I have this one client (Real Estate) who was driving me crazy asking for "more reach." I decided to test the approach we talk about here in the academy: Less "Posting," more "Conversing." Last week, I stopped obsessing over the perfect design and focused on replying to every single comment with an open-ended question to force a conversation. It sounds simple, but the shift was crazy. The result: We went from getting generic "nice pic" comments (which are useless) to having 4 actual conversations in the DMs. Today, the client booked their first viewing from one of those chats. For the other CMs in the group: If you are tired of clients asking for vanity metrics, try showing them screenshots of sales conversations in the DMs. That quiets them down immediately. 😅 Does anyone else here manage service-based accounts? What's your go-to line to start a DM conversation without sounding spammy?
