Turned 3 hours of boring editing into 20 minutes (My new AI workflow).

Just dropping this here because I know editing Reels can become torture when you have clients demanding high volume.

I used to spend half my day cutting out silences and hunting for B-roll. Honestly, I was about to fire a client because the time vs. pay ratio just didn't make sense anymore.

Yesterday, I applied the workflow from the AI Content Module (specifically the "Hybrid Editing" part), and it blew my mind.

What I did:

Used the AI tool to pull viral clips from a long podcast .

Used another AI to generate captions and auto B-roll.

I only stepped in at the end to add sound effects and the "human touch."

I delivered the weekly batch of videos in one morning instead of taking 3 days. The client didn't even notice; they just said, "Wow, fast turnaround this time." 🤯

What are you guys using for B-roll? Stock footage or AI Generation? I'm experimenting with both.
