I have a few things to share, please take a moment read. There are some new opportunities coming your way! 1️⃣ I am hosting a Visioning Workshop on June 11th, 8-9:30 am MST. Normally the monthly workshops are only available to people in the upgraded premium membership, but because this one is particularly important, I'm opening it up to everyone in the membership. Here's why: I want you to be successful inside Enough, Already. If you have goals around your health or burnout recovery, or if you want to work on your relationship with food and body, I want that for you too. More than you know. But making goals and action plans the traditional way doesn't tend to be a great strategy with these types of goals. What does work is taking stock of where you are now - what commitments you have in your life, what time you have available, where your energy levels are at, what other things are competing for your attention AND the vision you have for you future. We will explore all of this together, and rather than write up a to-do list or an action plan, we will create a mission statement for each of you. A north star, or a guiding light, that helps you stay the course, even when life gets messy, which it will. It always does. You are all welcome to attend this workshop on June 11th. The replay will only be available to members. If you want this workshop and can't make it live, you can join the premium membership for $7 per month here: https://www.skool.com/enough/plans 2️⃣ New monthly Q&A calls. These will happen on the first or second Tuesday of every month. These will be available to ALL members, even the replays. This is your chance to ask all your questions, get coaching where you need it, and connect with other members. If you need some accountability, this is the place to get it. The first one is next Tuesday, June 2nd at 9am MST. I hope to see you all there! 3️⃣ Restorative yoga classes are also starting next month (for premium members). This is a beautiful, restful practice, but it requires some props and I want you to be prepared. We stay in poses for a long time, sometimes up to 10 minutes. But they are supported poses. This means we use bolsters, blocks and blankets to support our body so the postures feel effortless. There is no need to purchase special yoga equipment, but you can if you wish to. Household items like blankets, towels, pillows and cushions work just fine. If you did want specific yoga props, my recommendation would be to purchase a yoga bolster. You can find these on Amazon. They work very well for support in this style of yoga.
