With exams getting closer, it’s easy to feel like you should be doing more…More revision, more hours, more everything.
But here’s the truth:
You don’t need to do everything. You just need to do something - consistently.
So, a reminder for today:
• 20 minutes of focused revision is enough
• One paragraph is progress
• Learning 2 quotes is a win
Small steps still move you forward.
🧠 Protect your wellbeing too:
✔️ Take breaks
✔️ Get enough sleep
✔️ Step away from your phone when revising
✔️ Give yourself credit for what you have done
Parents, sometimes the best support is not pressure… It’s encouragement and helping your child build small, manageable routines.
