Does anyone have any questions regarding last week or the upcoming week? Also DONT FORGET TO WEIGH IN tomorrow morning on an empty stomach and in your birthday suit. I’m curious how everyone’s doing with adherence? 100%|80%|50%? Where we at? How’s the daily pushups/squats/calf raises treating you?

1. what electrolytes do people use? been trying to find ones that are good. 2. what are good but calorie dense foods because i’m having a really hard time with meeting the calories i should and with the big surplus coming up i’m really trying to think hard😂

Anyone know if David protein bars are somewhat good for you or not? I heard they are the better ones but idk. I don’t eat protein bars but I can’t eat dinner until late tonight so I grabbed it as a snack at the gym🤣 150cal/28g protein/0 sugar
