10×1k Threshold Track Session
Today I did another threshold session with I ran 10×1k at 3:05 average. Lactate was good, HR was low, but still, I felt horrible.
That’s the thing: you can have all the data saying you’re doing great, but when your body is giving you signs it’s not, you should always listen.
Still a great session though. The most important part today was simply to get it done, without pushing too much.
