The new moon is a gentle reset – a moment to pause, turn inward, and plant fresh intentions for the month ahead.
I love to spend couple of moments on myself, on what it is that I want to invite more into my life and I invite you to do the same.
  1. Prepare your space ( love candles, gentle music etc.)
  2. Sit comfortably, one hand on heart, one on belly.
  3. Inhale through your nose for 4, exhale through your mouth for 8, and let your body soften.
  4. Focus on your goals and intentions. How do you want to feel in this new month? What are you ready to call in now?
  5. Write the intentions in the present tense, e.g. β€œI am grounded and supported,” then read them out loud slowly. Feel it happening.
  6. Close with deep breaths of gratitude for yourself and this fresh start. πŸ’«
