Hey everyone — new member checking in 👋
Just joined because I’m dead serious about pushing my grip strength.
Current baseline: 150 lb on a hand dynamometer as of this week.
Training right now:
• CoC grippers: #1, #1.5, #2
• Dumbbells: 35/40/55 lb with Fat Gripz for thick bar work
• Doing incline curls + hammer curls for brachialis, plus farmer’s holds, dead hangs, plate pinches
Goal: 200+ lb verified grip by end of 2026. That means closing the CoC #2 for reps.
Not here for fluff — just focused training and progression. I know 150 lb at my age is solid, but I’m chasing elite.
Looking forward to learning from you all and sharing the journey. If anyone has tips for breaking through the #2 wall, I’m all ears.
