I seen that everyone seems to want merch from what the poll recorded! It was the biggest poll in the community so far! I’m going to make merch designs this weekend! What all would you want for merch? The Grab Ball is a killer!
How are people wrapping their head around the fbbc grab ball? I thought I was near the top lads on most things and then this thing came like a ton of humble pie! 😂😂

More training tools/methods from John Brookfield
Gave this a shot today whilst doing some grip work in the garage. Was able to load 35lbs in plate on each side and keep it mostly pinched tightly while rowing it for reps. I found that it really burnt the forearms and small fingers of the hand nicely. Also tried to pull 150lbs with the needle nose pliers but best I could do today was 125lbs
