Pluto
Lifting Pluto ( a tool made by John Oka ). It’s one of the toughest lifts there is.

Rolling handle
This is a rolling handle that can be lifted with two hands. It’s 90 mm. Down side is, you can easily lift off center which makes the lift some what easier. But the wide grip feels good.

Pinching the American way
Pinch lift with a quarter dollar! I don’t see a lot of people that pinch, but it’s fun and you can easily make something to pinch with.

Gods Of Grip Issue
Recently I purchased a Thomas Inch Dumbbell Trainer from Gods Of Grip. I paid all the fees, tariffs, and even for the fastest shipping possible. Only to now be dealing with FedEx sending me an email saying I have to fill out an "Aluminum/Steel Derivative Worksheet". Per FedEx I have to fill this out by the 25th or they will send the package back to the UK and I'm out on the trainer. Has anyone dealt with this before? I cannot get any help from Gods Of Grip on the info FedEx is requesting. Their product information on their website provides no information about the materials used for the trainer. There was no warning that this would happen. I'm stuck and in desperate need of help so I dont lose my new trainer. If anyone has dealt with this or Gods Of Grip recently please reach out to me. Thank you in advance, Montana @John Griffith
