Prep for Win Wednesday 🏆
Sharing Wins Wednesday 🏆 Every Wednesday, I want you to share your wins. Big or small, finished or in progress, all of them count. This is not about showing off. It is about training your mind to recognize progress. Most people overlook their wins because they are too focused on what is missing. That mindset kills momentum. When you acknowledge wins consistently, you reinforce action, confidence, and direction. Small wins compound. Momentum follows attention. Sharing wins also creates perspective. When you see others winning, remember this, they were likely where you are not long ago. Different timelines, same journey. Starting Sunday, keep a simple list. From Wednesday to the end of the week, write down every win. Calls booked, clarity gained, actions taken, boundaries set. On Wednesday, share it here. …. There is a well documented psychological reason this works. When you acknowledge and record wins, your brain releases dopamine, a neurotransmitter linked to motivation, learning, and goal directed behavior. Dopamine reinforces the actions that led to the win, making you more likely to repeat them. This process is called positive reinforcement. It strengthens neural pathways associated with progress and execution, not just intention. Additionally, regularly reflecting on wins activates the brain’s reticular activating system, which trains your mind to notice opportunities, progress, and signals aligned with growth instead of focusing on gaps or threats. Over time, this shifts behavior, increases consistency, and improves performance. Wins are not only revenue based. Progress shows up in many forms. You can share wins like: - 🧠 A mindset shift that changed how you think or act - 🔁 Becoming more consistent with content, outreach, or execution - 🎙 Finding your voice and confidence in the market - 📩 Leads generated or meaningful conversations started - 🤝 Calls booked or deals closed - 🧱 Boundaries set with clients or prospects - 📈 Systems improved or clarity gained

Looking for Leads Open to Advice & Connections
Hi Jamal and everyone, I'm Zubair I run a small agency and have been freelancing for the past couple of years, focused on automation, process design, and operational efficiency. Currently Top Rated on Upwork(but not getting enough work from there) Recently, I lost 2–3 of my highest-paying clients, which was a tough hit. But instead of just backfilling with more service work, I'm using it as a turning point. I'm building a SaaS product specifically for immigration lawyers — solving a real pain point I've identified in their intake process. Right now, my biggest challenge is client acquisition. I'm experimenting with cold email and LinkedIn outreach, but I haven't dialed in a repeatable system yet. I'd love to connect with anyone here who's: — Successfully transitioned from services to product — Has experience selling to law firms or legal professionals — Knows what actually works for early-stage SaaS outreach Once I land my first few paying customers, I'm planning to enroll in Jamal's course to scale things properly. Appreciate any guidance, intros, or honest feedback. Happy to return the favor with anything ops or automation related or consultation.
