Sharing Wins Wednesday πŸ†
Every Wednesday, I want you to share your wins.
Big or small, finished or in progress, all of them count.
This is not about showing off.
It is about training your mind to recognize progress.
Most people overlook their wins because they are too focused on what is missing. That mindset kills momentum. When you acknowledge wins consistently, you reinforce action, confidence, and direction.
Small wins compound.
Momentum follows attention.
Sharing wins also creates perspective. When you see others winning, remember this, they were likely where you are not long ago. Different timelines, same journey.
Starting Sunday, keep a simple list.
From Wednesday to the end of the week, write down every win. Calls booked, clarity gained, actions taken, boundaries set.
On Wednesday, share it here.
….
There is a well documented psychological reason this works.
When you acknowledge and record wins, your brain releases dopamine, a neurotransmitter linked to motivation, learning, and goal directed behavior. Dopamine reinforces the actions that led to the win, making you more likely to repeat them.
This process is called positive reinforcement. It strengthens neural pathways associated with progress and execution, not just intention.
Additionally, regularly reflecting on wins activates the brain’s reticular activating system, which trains your mind to notice opportunities, progress, and signals aligned with growth instead of focusing on gaps or threats.
Over time, this shifts behavior, increases consistency, and improves performance.
Wins are not only revenue based.
Progress shows up in many forms.
You can share wins like:
  • 🧠 A mindset shift that changed how you think or act
  • πŸ” Becoming more consistent with content, outreach, or execution
  • πŸŽ™ Finding your voice and confidence in the market
  • πŸ“© Leads generated or meaningful conversations started
  • 🀝 Calls booked or deals closed
  • 🧱 Boundaries set with clients or prospects
  • πŸ“ˆ Systems improved or clarity gained
If it moved you forward, it counts.
Post it. Acknowledge it. Let the momentum compound.
