Looking for Leads Open to Advice & Connections
Hi Jamal and everyone, I'm Zubair I run a small agency and have been freelancing for the past couple of years, focused on automation, process design, and operational efficiency. Currently Top Rated on Upwork(but not getting enough work from there) Recently, I lost 2–3 of my highest-paying clients, which was a tough hit. But instead of just backfilling with more service work, I'm using it as a turning point. I'm building a SaaS product specifically for immigration lawyers — solving a real pain point I've identified in their intake process. Right now, my biggest challenge is client acquisition. I'm experimenting with cold email and LinkedIn outreach, but I haven't dialed in a repeatable system yet. I'd love to connect with anyone here who's: — Successfully transitioned from services to product — Has experience selling to law firms or legal professionals — Knows what actually works for early-stage SaaS outreach Once I land my first few paying customers, I'm planning to enroll in Jamal's course to scale things properly. Hi @Jamal Khan , In one of the videos, you've mentioned that you have stopped sending random messages to LinkedIn leads and are now using a different strategy that got you better responses and you were able to close more leads. Can you please elaborate more on that. And how can we incorporate the same strategy into our system? Secondly, can you please guide a little about how to manage multiple lead follow-ups without using an automated system?
Portfolio
Salam sir, I have a question regarding my portfolio.I am targeting gym owners only, and I currently have one case study related to gyms. I also have other portfolios from different niches, but they are all lead generation projects. Does it make sense to show them case studies from different niches? If the answer is no and we shouldn’t use portfolios from other niches, then should I create a demo portfolio as you explained? @Jamal Khan
