Hi Jamal and everyone,
I'm Zubair I run a small agency and have been freelancing for the past couple of years, focused on automation, process design, and operational efficiency. Currently Top Rated on Upwork(but not getting enough work from there)
Recently, I lost 2–3 of my highest-paying clients, which was a tough hit. But instead of just backfilling with more service work, I'm using it as a turning point. I'm building a SaaS product specifically for immigration lawyers — solving a real pain point I've identified in their intake process.
Right now, my biggest challenge is client acquisition. I'm experimenting with cold email and LinkedIn outreach, but I haven't dialed in a repeatable system yet.
