Intro
Hi everyone! I'm Carla, married 👨👩👧👧, mom of 2, 44 yrs old, living in Tampa, FL, and I proudly serve & protect my city 👮♀️.
I'm here to learn all I can about pre/post-menopause. This year peri has really it heard, I don't like it, and I'm trying to figure out how to understand and accept this new me.
I've been keeping a journal of my experiences and in a few weeks I see my GYN for my yearly. Hoping to discuss HRT because frankly all this *ish sucks. It's only been a year, idk how much I can put up with solo.
