HRT post-hysterectomy
Hi guys, just curious 👉🏻 For those of you that have tried hormone replacement therapy , what type of HRT have you tried? And what has worked best for you? (I personally prefer injectables, but I also use a vaginal moisturizer with estradiol to help with vaginal dryness/irritation.) The moisturizer was literally a life saver after my hysterectomy. 🙌🏻
