I didn't expect to feel like I didn't know who I was anymore or what my purpose was. I was numb and felt like I was just existing. Thankfully that's a thing of the past!

Menopause HELP greatly needed!
A quick intro: I live in sunny Central FL. Life is tough with a teen daugther, grieving the loss of my mom after caring for her with the grace of hospice and managing daily life with this crazy moody thing called Peri-menopause at the prime age of 50.🤣 Please help!

My biggest support when going through peri to post meno is a girl I met when I started a new job 10yrs ago. She's a massage therapist and looked to be close to my age. I asked her if she ever got night sweats and from that day forward we became best friends!
