I don’t know who here was commenting on my thread of one of Kaylyn’s post regarding having these red, hard acne-like cysts. Well I currently am down to having 2 neon the size of my nostril and one on my left upper arm. I had recently changed from Lume shower gel to Dove antibacterial shower gel almost 2 weeks ago and they have shrunk in size. Mine weren’t that large to begin with but they are definitely smaller and the one I had on my leg which I have had since 2014 is almost gone. Just wanted to pass along this info in case anyone wanted something to help improve. It also helps prevent menopausal body odor. I’m a massage therapist so I need to smell fresh and clean and I do, all day long (I still use Lume deodorant).
