Every morning I wake up thinking about ways to build — apps, tools, solutions… whatever you want to call them — but really, they’re frameworks to help us live better and stay connected to what actually matters to us. Some days, I won’t lie… I feel like closing the doors and walking away. But something always pulls me back. And I’ve realized it’s the connection. The fact that what I build actually touches people. Helps people. Connects people. I was made for this. I can’t fully explain it… but every time I take a step forward — even the smallest one — it feels right. Like taking tiny steps in the dark, guided by something I can’t quite see yet. That “something” is you all. The glimmer you give me is what keeps me going. So seriously… thank you 🙏

I did struggle with a problem (arguably my fault) I was trying to connect Calsyc with a non-data cable. The only error I got was that it was "timing out". I became suspicious and tried to see if I could get other errors. For example I deliberately used the wrong password. The error was still "timing out". I then changed the cable and it all worked. My suggestion is if you can provide a better range of feedback as "bad cable" is not "bad password" and neither is "timing out". Not sure if you have the capability to detect a root cause or not, but better error detection would have saved me an hour.

We genuinely believe e-ink tablets are a better path forward than being phone zombies — endlessly scrolling, distracted, and disconnected. This is about clarity, intention, and building a calmer way to think and work. We’re not a massive corporation. We’re real people, building in public, learning as we go — with you.
