MS To Do Mini Survey
Has anyone had success syncing tasks checked off on a reMarkable Paper Pro with MicroSoft To Do? So far, my experience has been a one-way street. When I check off a task on my reMarkable and resync, the task remains active on To Do and the checked task remains on my reMarkable. But checking off the task in To Do clears the task on my reMarkable after I resync.

Updates not completing and no response from tech support.
I have a Mac with an M2 processor and originally purchased CalSync version 1.410. Since then, several updates have been released, and I have repeatedly initiated the update process. Each time, the newer version appears to download and install successfully, and I restart the application as instructed. However, after restarting, CalSync still shows version 1.410. I have two questions: 1. Why am I unable to update CalSync beyond version 1.410 on my M2 Mac? 2. When I submit support questions through the CalSync software, I do not receive a response. What is the best way to contact CalSync support? Thank you for your help.

I have the same issue. The proposed fix did not work for me. The best way to update is to download the new version from the website. To finds the link scroll down thorugh the community posts until you find an announcement about a new version. It doesn't matter if the announcement is for an older update -- the link will take you to the most recent update. Open that post and scroll down to the link ffor the M2 Mac update version. When you click on the link, the version will download to your Mac. Open the download and you'll have the updated version.
epcloudsync issue
Epcloudsync moves my claendar entries to the wrong time zone. This does not happen when I use the desktop app to sync my calendars, and syncing with the desktop app restores my entries to the correct time zone (EST). I am using Google Calendar, which is set to EST. My CalSync calendars are also set to EST. Thoughts? Suggestions?

I think it is working now.
Qustion About Tasks
The addition of styncronized tasks to CalSync is a highly useful and outstanding upgrade. I am not sure if I am using it correctly. I am using a Remarkable Paper Pro and Microsoft To Do. The tasks I create in To Do sync to my planner perfectly, where they are listed in tasks section. When I place a checkmark next to a completed task on my planner, nothing changes on the next sync. The task and the checkmark remain. Also, To Do still shows the task as active. On the other hand, when I mark a task completed in To Do, the task is deleted on my Remarkable. I thought that checking off a task on my planner would mark it as completed in To Do (via Todoist) on the next sync. Am I doing something incorrectly?
🚀 CalSync 1.6.0 is here!
This is our biggest CalSync release yet. Introducing eP Cloud—a new way to keep your planner up to date without leaving your computer running. To here an audio walkthrough of the new feature: https://www.einkpads.io/learn/calsync/ep-cloud-sync What’s new eP Cloud: planner sync without your computer Pro and Business users can now hand a planner over to eP Cloud. Our servers rebuild it with your latest calendar events and deliver it directly to your reMarkable or Supernote, so your computer can stay off. Getting started is simple: * Sign in at epcalsync.com using a one-time code sent to your email. * Turn on eP Cloud for a planner. * Pair your tablet once. * Push fresh events from anywhere. Every planner now includes a QR code that opens its push page on your phone. Just scan it, tap Push, and your planner is updated. eP Cloud supports: * Google Calendar * Microsoft Outlook * Apple iCloud * CalDAV * Existing calendar links Planners are updated in place, so your handwriting stays exactly where you wrote it. Pro includes 1 cloud planner, and Business includes 5 cloud planners. Cloud deliveries in Activity Activity now shows everything delivered through eP Cloud alongside your local syncs. If something goes wrong, you’ll see the reason clearly explained. Automatic planner refresh On Pro and Business, the planner list now refreshes automatically when changes are made from another device or through eP Cloud. Cloud-managed planners are identified with an eP Cloud badge, and you’ll see when the list was last refreshed. Auto Push control for each planner Each planner now has its own Skip switch, allowing you to exclude individual planners from automatic pushes. The status is shown clearly so you always know which planners update automatically. Built-in calendar feed checker You can now verify a calendar before relying on it. Select Diagnose on any connected calendar or use Check a calendar feed under your plan to fetch the calendar immediately and see exactly what was returned when events appear to be missing.

@Jason Smith Hi Jason. I’ve been tied up with other matters the past few days. I’ll get back to this in a day or so. What exactly should I send you and where do I access private chat? Thank you for your continued help and responsiveness.
