Sup, my name is Evan Dobis. I’m from the USA, in the state of Montana. Lately I’ve had a pretty big realization, I’m living a huge portion of my life through my phone. My screen time is around 8 hours a day, and while I know I can lower it, the truth is I haven’t been intentional enough about it. That time adds up, and I can feel how much it’s been limiting me pulling me away from being present and from the people and things that actually matter in my real life. I’m at the point where I’m willing to go cold turkey on the commitments I set for myself and take this seriously. I’m genuinely curious to see how things change, how my focus improves, and what opens up in my life when I stop giving so much of my attention to a screen.
