Hey everyone I received this notification from Amazon about a replacement package that I shipped a few days ago when I checked the tracking ID in my seller central it shows that the package was delivered yesterday but the customer says the package was not delivered how should I respond to this message @Raquel Marie Lang @Patience Hall

Another seller amp question please… there are some items in my seller amp list that I have listed on Amazon, and some of those products are on pg 12 or 5 on my scanning list and the more items I look up on seller amp those products get further along in the list and are getting hard to find/ keep up on.. now I know if I scan it it’ll be fresh on my list of items, but some items don’t have barcodes on them, is there something I can do to keep up with them better on seller amp? Ty! SORRY if it’s a dumb question- just looking for a way to make things a little easier ☺️

I got a notification saying that my listing is at risk of being surpressed, but I don’t see the listing they are referencing.

Helloooo 😊 So I noticed on products that I have listed in my storefront- on seller Amp sometimes it shows my storefront on the the offers list w/ the correct inventory, sometime it shows me on the offers list w/ 0 inventory (when I do have some), and lastly sometime I won’t be on the offers list at all.. now I know it’s third party, but sometimes they get it right and sometimes not. Should I not be worried about this? My offers and inventory count should for sure be on the product on Amazon? Ty!!
