Question
Hello everyone! I’d appreciate your feedback on this. I wanted to list this product on Amazon, but I noticed a difference. The product shown on the Amazon listing has a white lid, while the product I received has a black lid. Do you think I should return it, or would it still be okay to list and sell under the same listing? Thank you for your advice!

I wouldn’t return it just yet. The black lid could simply be updated manufacturer packaging. Check the UPC, size, product name, formula and item number against the Amazon listing. If everything matches and the lid is the only difference, verify with the manufacturer/distributor that this is the current packaging before listing it. We always want the product we send customers to match the ASIN as closely as possible to avoid “not as described” complaints.

Ungating - Invoice
When trying to manually ungate and we have to provide an invoice - does the invoice have to be through shipping? Can I pickup at the store and use that invoice?
