Question regarding a return
I have a customer that started a return 18 days ago. It doesn’t show in the Amazon app. I had to log in on the computer. It’s say Amazon auto authorize the return. It was a skincare product. The user never returned the item and it doesn’t look like she has been refunded. What should I do if the item hasn’t been returned. @Raquel Marie Lang @Patience Hall
