Amazon seller app

I registered my application for Amazon seller app using my laptop. Now I am attempting to use Amazon seller on my cell phone. Should I be registering as a new applicant when using the platform on a different device? I assumed there will be a sign in option that allow me to put in my username and password. But that is not the case. Any ideas how I can use my cell phone and sign in with my current credentials that were set up on my laptop?
