I registered my application for Amazon seller app using my laptop. Now I am attempting to use Amazon seller on my cell phone. Should I be registering as a new applicant when using the platform on a different device? I assumed there will be a sign in option that allow me to put in my username and password. But that is not the case. Any ideas how I can use my cell phone and sign in with my current credentials that were set up on my laptop?

@ My account still shows that is restrict. I've changed the credit cards. If I was previously using a Visa, I changed it to a MasterCard and so on. I have been doing this since last night. And it still shows that I'm restricted. Is there a phone number that I can call to see what they need me to do? Since I can't get to my Amazon store front page, I can't look up anything such as a contact number for Amazon. Somehow I have Mexico, Canada, Brazil and selling points. This is an era somehow.
