• You don’t need to fix everything to feel better
The body doesn’t need a full solution… it needs safety first.
• The mind quiets when the body feels safe
Not the other way around.
• Regulation is something you can access on demand
This is a skill. The more you practice, the faster you return.
• You are not stuck… you’ve just been dysregulated
There’s a big difference.
What most people experienced:
A softening.
A slowing down.
A return to self.
For some… emotional release.
For others… clarity.
For many… just peace.
That’s the baseline we’re building from.
How to use this video going forward:
This is important.
This is not a “one-time experience.”
Use this session anytime you feel:
• overwhelmed
• anxious
• disconnected
• mentally scattered
• emotionally charged
Or even before:
• important conversations
• work
• sleep
• travel
Think of this as a reset button for your system.
Even if you only do part of it… it works.

• 2–3x per week → come back to this video
• 5–10 min daily → choose any practice inside the classroom
• 1x per week → join a live call (or replay)
You don’t need to do everything.
You just need to stay connected.
