Have been feeling out of the flow lately. Brain fog, tired, I have a lot of projects going on around the house right now too. Using breath work Wim Hof and energy breathing that helps. My win is becoming a member of the Sacred Honor Education Fellowship and learning about true sovereignty.

There’s something that happens in these rooms that’s hard to explain… It’s not just information.It’s recognition. A moment where something inside you goes:“I already knew this… I just wasn’t living it.” This session was one of those. So here’s what we want you to take with you, not just to understand, but to embody: 1. Your environment is not neutral Every space you sit in is either supporting your nervous system…or slowly draining it. Light. Sound. Air. Frequency. People. Your body is constantly reading signals, even when your mind is not. The shift:Stop asking “what should I do?”Start asking “what am I surrounded by?” 2. Regulation is the real performance upgrade Most people are trying to push harder… But the ones who actually elevatelearn how to downshift first. When your nervous system is regulated:• your thinking becomes clear• your energy becomes stable• your decisions become aligned This is the foundation of everything. 3. Awareness without action changes nothing It’s easy to listen, agree, feel inspired… and then go back into the same patterns. Participation was key to this session, just getting to know each other better was awesome! This past week I have started a shift in my mornings, getting up going outside facing the sun taking off my shoes and socks and grounding myself to Mother Earth, the Schumann frequency, to re-align myself with that healing energy. Initiating instant presence through breathing enhances my experience and focus on my surroundings. I also do this in the evening to gaze at the sunset and ready myself for better sleep. My intention is to realign with my circadian rhythm.

Day 8 My 2nd BDM exercise! Feeling the energy of the breathing along with the movement of dance. Feeling alive!

Final Day...the system reset! This one was the most energetic of them all! The vibrations resonating throughout my body was incredible. So relaxed now, feeling a sense of stillness about an hour after I initiated the video. I will commit to that experience at least once a week!
